Other information to note:

PEACE OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD – At all times, it is essential to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. No excessive noise will be tolerated after 10:00 p.m. to avoid complaints. Fees for non-compliance with the rules will be charged.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF GUESTS – At no time can the maximum capacity of guests exceed the number allotted to the cottage.

NO PETS, a fee of 200$ + taxes per day will apply for the presence of an undeclared pet with the exception of cottages that accept pets. Please note that yelping is considered excessive noise and measures will be taken to this effect.

PRIVATE PARKING at the entrance of the chalet. NO roadside permits.

Our facilities are entirely NON-SMOKING, a fee of 200$ + taxes per rental day will apply in the event of a violation of this rule.

DAMAGE / BREAKAGE / THEFT - Fees may be charged to cover any damage, breakage or theft caused to the cottages, furniture, items or others, as well as any additional cleaning fees necessary at the end of the stay to restore the cottage.

Kanata Tremblant may terminate the rental at any time if the guest does not comply with the conditions or violates the rules in force.

Kanata Tremblant will not provide any financial compensation related to bad weather that may cause an interruption of satellite television, internet access, electricity or water. We make sure to do what is necessary to intervene quickly for any of these situations.

Check-In Club House: 695 Rockway Valley Road, Amherst J0T 2L0 (address to be entered in your GPS). Find the entrance CLUB HOUSE ROAD (Gate A). The Club House will be on your right a little higher. For a late arrival (after the Club House's opening hours), guests must contact Kanata Tremblant Guest Services for instructions on how to access the Kanata Tremblant site and their cottage.
