Entire apartment in a quiet location between Saint-Tropez and the Gorges du Verdon

LOCATION
In a quiet, leafy area, our guesthouse is located 4 minutes from the centre of the village of Le Thoronet, known for its Cistercian abbey (6 km), and 8 km from the A8 highway exit at Le Luc-en-Provence / Le Cannet-des-Maures.
A 45-minute drive away, you’ll find the St. Tropez golf course and Lake St. Croix.
The village of Le Thoronet is traversed for 26 kilometres by the Argens River, which, on hot summer days, offers peaceful and cool spots where you can enjoy kayaking, swimming, or fishing to the sound of cicadas. You’ll find all the shops (a small supermarket), doctors, a veterinary surgeon, a butcher shop, a bakery, restaurants, and a pharmacy within 1 km, as well as large supermarkets 10 and 15 km away.

Accommodation:
The 50-square-meter air-conditioned apartment is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor:
- a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans of all sizes, salad spinner, dishes, glassware, silverware, basic cleaning supplies, tea towels, sponge, microfiber cloths, fridge/freezer, and plenty of storage space.
- dining room: a table and 4 chairs, a storage closet, cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, brooms, hand broom, bucket...)
- Living room: a 3-seater sofa, TV stand, TV, and internet access
- Bathroom: a shower, a sink with vanity, and a toilet (towels and hair dryer)
Upstairs on the mezzanine:
- Bedroom 1: on the mezzanine, 1 bed (200/140) with a walk-in closet (sheets provided, 2 pillows 60x60, and a comforter 240/220)
- Bedroom 2, adjoining on the mezzanine: 1 bed (190/140) (sheets provided, 2 pillows 60x60, and a comforter 240/220)

Outdoors:
- fully enclosed and secure car park with an entry code/remote control for the gate
- outdoor patio furniture under the oak trees
A washing machine is also available if needed.
The property has a septic tank. Please do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. For all other items, please dispose of them in the trash tins provided nearby.
