2 Bedroom upper suite/level of a house in the View area of Nelson BC - 10 min walk to Baker Street and restaurants; 20 min walk to Kootenay Lake. Gorgeous view from a spacious deck, with access to front and back yards. Fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso, Kitchenaid, Sodastream, etc.) with lots of counter space.

Ideally located near swimming, paddle boarding, hiking, and cycling, and only three blocks from the rail trail. Tons of storage space. Pet friendly and built-in neighbourhood cardio ;)
