Laguna - Unique, Architect-designed Beach House

Laguna is a unique, architect-designed beach house located just a minute’s walk from the beautiful Main Beach. Designed with relaxed coastal living in mind, this funky retreat is ideal for families or groups seeking space, privacy, and a true beachside experience.



The sleeping quarters are located in a separate building from the main kitchen and living area and are split across two levels, each with separate access. The upper level features two queen bedrooms sharing an ensuite, while the lower level—accessed independently—offers four single beds with two optional trundles, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests.



Please note that the main bathroom is separate from both the bedrooms and the main living area, and there is also an additional outdoor bathhouse with toilet and shower. This unique layout should be considered when booking with smaller children.



Laguna is well equipped for comfort, with screened windows and ceiling fans throughout to capture coastal breezes. The open-plan living and kitchen area includes a large TV with DVD/CD stereo, gas cooktop and oven, microwave, pantry, fridge/freezer, additional bar fridge, and dishwasher—perfect for relaxed group meals after a day at the beach.
