A noise monitoring device is installed inside the apartment. This device does not record conversations. It only detects sound frequency levels to ensure noise remains reasonable.

Two house keys
Please take care of all keys. Replacement fees apply if they are lost:
Swipe pass: $500
House key: $300
Fines for Rule Violations
Party or gathering: $1000 plus any damage costs
