Noise Guidelines: To comply with Brisbane City Council regulations, please minimize noise during these hours:
Monday to Saturday: 7 PM to 7 AM Sunday & Public Holidays: 7 PM to 8 AM No Smoking: This property is strictly non-smoking. If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, there may be a fee of up to $1,500 from the fire department. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!
No Pets: While we love animals, pets are not allowed due to allergies and other considerations.
Respect the Environment: Please help us keep the property tidy by disposing of waste properly and avoiding littering out of windows.
Keys: Youāll receive one set of keys. If an extra set is needed, please let us know, and weāll do our best to assist. Lost keys incur a $250 replacement fee plus locksmith charges and GST.
After-Hours Lockout Fees: Please keep keys and access cards with you, as weāre unavailable onsite after hours. If you get locked out, the following call-out fees apply:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alice's place. The location is great, nice walks along the waterfront. The Manly shops, and Cafes are close. The Manly Boathouse is a great place for fish n chips by the water. The train station is walking distance.Alice's place was comfortable had everything we needed. As mentioned in the listing, we did hear noises from upstairs.
Great location for Sleemans and nice accommodation for a couple. The second room is quite small and if there were people upstairs would be noisey. Thats the only negative point I'd make, there really isn't any sound proofing so you can hear absolutely everything upstairs, at one point I nearly joined in their conversation - this would affect the small room the most hense saying the accommodation best suits a couple.
