Set in the sought after position of Sorrento where you can walk to the main street, or to the front and back beaches, or even to The Baths if you have a function on there. The St Pauls General Store is literally over the road and couldn't be more handy for your morning coffee or for some lunch or supplies.

This charming cottage, with Art Deco inspired features, offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a freestanding bath) and separate toilet and a well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. With ducted heating and cooling, this is cosy for winter getaways or for summer holidays, you will always feel comfortable. Please note that the fireplace is not operational. The bunk bedroom has a wall mounted TV so the kids can use that as a retreat.

The property is fully fenced and has a front outdoor balcony area to soak up the sun while sitting reading or having a quiet drink and there's a BBQ there too. Also a rear lawn that could even suit a small hit of cricket and there is a basketball hoop to keep the kids busy.

There are two driveways which is great for off street parking as well as suitable for a small boat or jet ski.
