This special place is close to everything on the Strip, making it easy to plan your visit. Direct access to the Strip, Top Golf, MGM Grand Resort, Grand Arena, Wet Republic, Lazy River and Monorail Station by indoor walkway. Near to the Convention Center. The Top Golf right by the building. You are entitled to use all resort amenities for free including free access to Lazy River and Swimming Pools. Free access to fitness centers and a private heated pool, hot tub for each tower.
The modern suite with beautiful view on 26th floor in Tower 1 at MGM Signature. Polished suites come with one King bed and one queen sofa bed, kitchenettes, entertainment centers, Free Wi-Fi, TV cable. Granite large bathroom with whirlpool tub/Jacuzzi and separate shower in the suite.
Free high speed Internet access (in-suite and public area). Indoor shopping, restaurants, Starbucks, casino and bars nearby (walking distance). A few minutes walk to Aria, Bellagio, Park MGM, T-Mobile Arena... Near public transit and airport. Convention Center complimentary Shuttle Bus service between Convention Center to MGM Signature.

The room was more than ample space. Very convenient to be in tower one to be close in location to other things on the MGM property, as well as close to the strip. The only thing I wish I would have known was that on the weekend, there is a pool for 21 and over that pumps loud base music all day long. I would have probably gotten a different facing room if I had known that.

This suite was beautiful and the pictures do not do it enough justice. Check in was smooth and the staff was amazing. Grace, our host, responded quickly to any of my questions and ensured to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will definitely book this again!

The Signatures are a great place to stay. Their rooms are more like suits or small apartments. The furnishings are nice. The walk to MGM is a little bit long, but it’s fine. The host allowed me to check in a few hours early because my flight arrived early. Everything was great. I highly recommend this place.

It truly felt like a quiet sanctuary amidst the energy of the city. World-Class Service: Every staff member I encountered was professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless stay. Check-in was a breeze, and the concierge was extremely helpful with recommendations. Prime Location: Being in Tower 1 provides the perfect balance. You have easy access to all the high-end dining, gaming, and entertainment the MGM has to offer, yet the tower itself feels exclusive and peaceful when you're ready to recharge. Amenities: The pool area and fitness center were well-maintained and never felt overly crowded. It’s clear that management prioritizes the guest experience.
