Overall clean. However, was hit with a strong smell of bleach or some other cleaner when we walked into the condo. Guess I shouldn’t complain too much knowing it was clean, but trying to air out because it was headache inducing. Some other disappointments that I didn’t experience in another condo on the property (different person/company) was no dish soap. There was a coffeemaker but no filters as they gave two small pouches of coffee that didn’t even make a strong cup of coffee. Minimal dishes which you would have to use the dishwasher pod to clean as there was no soap but only sponge. Pool area was nice and kid friendly. Didn’t try bar, as when I went to up ask shortly after lunch about food options the bar tender said he was cutting it down to pizzas only. People right in front of me ordered fries and such. There was no signage stating food options end at a certain time. Beds were comfortable. It was clean and very spacious. Not sure if I would rent this space again, or even from the same company. The other property I stayed at had a welcome basket, k-cups, plenty of dishes. I would rent from another person as this is very centrally located to all the universal parks and stores.

The strong cleaning odor, limited kitchen supplies, and coffee setup were disappointing, especially compared to previous visits. Your feedback helps us improve. Overall the property was as advertised, and perfect for our needs. All of the communication was seamless, and both check-in and check-out were very simple.Just a couple very minor notes though…first, the thermostat has a hard stop at 72 degrees. Not a huge deal, but the bedrooms get warm overnight if the doors are closed. It would have been nice to have a little more comfort control. Second, there were a few lights burnt out and batteries dead in a remote. Neither were huge problems, but something for the property managers to check out in the future (or maybe leave a few spare bulbs/batteries, as I would have had no problem changing myself).We would absolutely stay again, and would definitely recommend to others.
