This upper unit rental was perfect for our one night stay. The kitchen, dining and living spaces were open and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very accommodating and had everything we needed. Access is by several stairs which was okay for us. I did miss the information about there being a tenant downstairs, I usually avoid this with our dog because he barks. I do not think we had any issues and we were not disturbed at all either. The backyard is fully fenced and the lower unit does not appear to have access which gave us peace of mind letting our dog out.

We appreciate the feedback. To provide context, David arrived with an undeclared pet. We charged our standard pet cleaning fee as outlined in our house rules. We strive to be transparent with all our policies. We hope guests in the future will properly select that they are travelling with pets when booking.
