Yes the property was welcoming to pets…Unfortunately for both my husband and I being in our late 70’s and early 80’s..the lounge was too low to be able to get out off, when required to…the toilet bowl was set too low to be able to get off of …a suggestion here would to place a handle for the older people to help get off the toilet bowl. The entrance/exit to the back yard needs to be looked at before there is a nasty accident by someone exiting or entering the premises…the builder has left an overhanging tile and it will crack if it is not “flushed” with the step down, also if a person enters the house there maybe a strong chance that a person may catch their foot on this lip on the way into the house.
