Perfect house on the canal

The perfect family vacation in cape coral. It was our first time staying in the cape coral area and it was the perfect base location. Very clean with excellent communication,Not one complaint and highly recommended the kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Great location

We loved the backyard being on the canal. Enjoyed spending time on the dock. Great pool and spa. Close to the stores and short drive to the restaurants at the Marinas/Cape Harbour.

Home away from home!

We just got back from 7 days at this beautiful home! Everything was clean and comfortable! The pool area is so relaxing and inviting. The neighborhood is soooo quiet. I'd you are looking for somewhere to relax, this is it! So many memories were made this week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was so hard to leave. The owner and property manager were Absolutely wonderful and communication with them was so easy. Thank you again!!

Family Vacation

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. We had another great family vacation. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Spacious, clean and the pool is the best. The home is also located to many wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Just what we needed… beautiful home beautiful weather with a warm pool and sunrise. Location was perfect for a day on sanibel island. House clean beds comfortable all the necessities you need for a restful vacation.

Amazing house and pool! I've used VRBO a few times and this was by far, the best home and pool. Immaculately clean, gorgeous rooms, well stocked and an incredibly warm pool and spa. Loved everything about this property!

Super luxurious house

We spent a week as family with two teenage boys in this house. We enjoyed it very much. It is more spacious than it looks on the photos. And it is extremly well equipped especially if you plan to spend some time on the beaches. A great house to stay at in Cape Coral.

My husband and I and our two kids stayed here for 9 nights during the month of August. Yes, it was hot, but the pool was so lovely. Great home, very clean, comfortable, and functional. We had everything we needed. The property manager was very nice and easy to work with.

Perfect for a family get away

We loved staying here, the house is great and had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and spacious, and the outdoor pool and dining area was perfect, we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the warm weather and the sun. The dock was great for a spot of fishing but also evening reading. It took a lot of effort to keep out of the pool (we spent a lot of time in the pool) and the villa is situated close to a supermarket and a great Italian bakery.

Overall Excellent Experience All Around

The house was exactly what we expected without any surprises. The pictures accurately represented the house and it was well taken care of and super clean. Great location that was close to nearby beaches and we enjoyed the views from the wide canal. We will definitely book again.
