This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 2000 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is right on the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

The daily rate includes accommodation of 4 guests (3 years old and more). Infants under the age of 3 stay at no charge.

The apartment building has an outdoor pool that you can take advantage of anytime. The property is also just steps away from the gym, restaurant, bar and waterpark.

- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

Housekeeping is included as well, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)!
