Shoreline Towers 2073 is a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the 7th floor of Tower 2, offering breathtaking shoreline views just steps from the beach. The entire unit, including the kitchen, has been fully upgraded and now features a top-of-the-line kitchen along with a full dining and beverage bar. This fully upgraded unit features a chef-inspired kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage—perfect for both cooking and entertaining. The spacious master suite includes a king bed and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Please note that there is no sleeper sofa. Designed for comfort and convenience, the condo also includes three TVs, a DVD player, and a washer and dryer in the unit. With its open balcony overlooking the Gulf, the entire family can enjoy morning coffee at sunrise or dinner under the stars. The unit is fully tiled for a fresh, beach-friendly feel.

Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
