I want to start off with all the great things about this property. Speaking with Frederic, who was responsive when it came to questions and suggestions for places to see. The apartment was extremely clean and neat. Is everything that you could want if you are staying for a day or several days. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of light coming in. Now, the downside to this place was the area. You have to walk around 5 minutes from the parking garage to the apartment, so be prepared. This part would not be as inconvenient if there weren’t so many homeless in the area. The congregation near the front door to the building and the digging through the trash was a turn off. I know this is not the fault of the owner, but needs to be mentioned. On our way back one evening we were harassed by one of the fine upstanding citizens without a home. This location isn’t far walking distance to the nice area of Quebec (Old town).

Le condo était parfait ! Propre, conforme à la description et au goût du jour. Les lits sont confortables et la piscine est un beau plus lors des journées chaudes. La communication avec l’hôte était facile et rapide. De plus tout est à proximité et à distance de marche (SAQ, épiceries, restos, le vieux Québec…). Bref, je recommande sans hésiter cet endroit.
