This is a newly renovated 1800 square foot luxury apartment with high ceilings and room for up to 10 people. This unique place is perfect for a large family or several friends who want to stay in a quiet place in the heart of the Old Port and a few steps away from Old Quebec.

As soon as you step inside, you will fall under the charm of this 3 bedroom unit with old industrial architecture of Old Quebec with high ceilings, large open areas and concrete walls.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for your stay. Microwave oven, pots and pans, glasses and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, basic kitchen kit are at your disposal to cook to your liking. The huge island with its stools will surely gather friends and family!

All rooms have a queen size bed with hotel quality linens and four bunk beds are also available to accommodate more guests.

Two luxurious bathrooms with bath and rain shower are available. We also provide a hair dryer, towels, iron, ironing board and laundry soap for the washer and dryer.

The living room has a game room area with foosball table, pool table newly replaced with a professional quality table, 75 inch smart TV and electric fireplace. High speed wireless internet will meet the needs of business travelers.

Loved the house with a great kitchen and entertainment area downstairs. Easily walkable to the Lowerville of Quebec City and then take the funicular to the Upperville of the city. Lots of great shops and restaurants in this walkable city that feels so much like a visit to Europe.

Great weekend with friends

The location was perfect! No need to take your car walkable distance to all the restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and the guys had a great time playing pool. Would highly recommend this place and would gladly come back.

Great location, just outside the ol' Quebec City fortress ramparts...keep in mind Quebec City is a 'hilly' city so some degree of fitness needed....but other than that....AWAY ONE GOES !!! About a 10 minute walk to the central core (a 5 Star must see area) of ol'Quebec Cite...Accommodation, LOTS of space, would come AGAIN, no problem ! No issues, highly recommended !!

Great place convenient to Quebec City

Very clean and maintained, everything was as pictured. Easy walking to sights, shops, restaurants, and it’s on a quiet street. There was no shampoo, etc, in the showers, but there’s a grocery store right down the street.

Stayed here in July, excellent location walking distance to tourist areas. The sleeping arrangements left a bit to be desired. The two main floor bedrooms have a glass partition between them, about a foot tall which means that if the occupants of one room turns their light on you’re getting it in your room. There are no blinds. The air conditioning doesn’t work all that well and all the beds were really creaky.The kids were in the basement and they all ended up sleeping on the floor/couch because of one of them rolled over they’d all get disturbed by the creaking.

Perfect inner city living at its finest!

A lovely modern condo! Chic and extremely clean loft with everything we needed for a fun weekend away. Many charming touches made this getaway very homey. Huge kitchen with lots of seating and the downstairs is comfy with a large tv, pool table and football table. Bedrooms on both levels were spacious and uniquely designed with double doors while beds were super comfy. Bathrooms were something out of HGTV with a rain shower feature and large tub. Even in arctic temperatures we could still walk to all of our bucket list places in the city. Location is absolutely perfect! Safe area and quaint street. Owners were quick to reply and super nice and btw, are incredible designers obviously. We spent time going through all of the other VRBOs in the area and this one checked all of the boxes and then some. Owners didn’t miss a detail with this renovation! Very special place!

A walkers dream

This comfortable loft is situated it a terrific location! Our group (ages 10-47) enjoyed how close we were to the Old City. We only had to drive when we ventured to the aquarium, but it was still a very easy drive. There is delicious food right outside the doorstep and the sweetest cat cafe that you must visit. The loft is perfect for kids and adults, we felt like we hit the jackpot! The kitchen is perfectly supplied with everything you might need. The owners made check-in easy and finding parking was not difficult. We hope to be back and we know exactly where we want to stay.
