Bright and sunny 3 bedroom family home. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Spacious bedrooms all with built-ins. Current bedding configuration has three rooms with queen beds and one of the rooms has a single in with the queen (and a trundle bed under the single). Open plan living connects to a large deck that faces East towards the main beach of Orford with pockets of water views across Prosser Bay. A short walk to Shelley Beach (400 metres), cafe & supermarket (750 metres), parks and the Lawn Bowls club (650 metres).
