2nd bedroom with another full bathroom right beside.
Ensuite laundry room with extra space
kitchen features maple cabinets, tiled back-splash, black appliances & a raised breakfast bar. A lot of storage space as closets are very big.
The living room opens up to a private balcony. Parking is available beside the main entrance.
Kids under 18 will not be charged an extra fee
