The 2nd floor hosts the outdoor terrace with BBQs, large natural gas fireplace, seating PLUS an indoor amenity room with TV, tables, chairs, bathroom and a stocked kitch with dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses and stainless steel appliances! (Microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge) and can be booked privately for your own little function at no additional cost! (Please note: amenity room availability is subject to existing booking calendar - we cannot promise the amenity room will be available for your requested dates. Pls inquire further if this matters) Our pet-friendly building has a dog run on the terrace, a dog wash in the parkade, and a vet clinic as a commercial tenant on the main floor.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Super clean, comfy bed, quick responses from the property manager and it was wonderful having so many restaurant options in the neighborhood.
Excellent location, clean and comfortable. The only thing that I might recommend is lowering the cleaning fee.

It was a pleasure having you stay with us at The Forge!
We get our linens professionally cleaned/disinfected and unfortunately the laundering cost is fairly high at $50 per blanket, set of sheets, set of towels, etc. Plus, we pay our cleaners an hourly wage to clean on top of that. If our costs for cleaning lower in the future we will certainly lower the cost for our guests!
Room was clean. Host was friendly, helpful and responsive. The location was perfect - enjoyed being outside of city center. We have stayed in city center in the past and found this location much more relaxed in terms of navigating and traffic. There are a few great restaurants nearby (same block) and a save-on and pharmacy and most importantly- a great coffee shop. Will definitely book here again - loved it.
A receive a warm welcoming and was shown around my rental as well as all aspects of The Forge.I enjoyed The Forge and my VRBO very much!
