Welcome to your new hidden gem, a private hideaway nestled in 12 acres of serene woods. This remote retreat space offers comfortable amenities and plenty of space to play and explore. Kayak the Brudenell River, relax in our Nordic spa, or explore the great breweries and restaurants the area has to offer. It's an unforgettable getaway in a setting that will leave you fully restored.
The space
Our property offers a charming and comfortable retreat for guests seeking a peaceful getaway. Nestled on a private 12-acre lot surrounded by old-growth trees, you'll find a serene atmosphere and a touch of rustic charm. The property also offers a powered stage, plenty of space for tenting in case friends decide to pop by, and plenty of parking.
In addition to our large patio overlooking the property, there is also the pond area that offers a stone lounge and dining area that features a wood fire pizza oven, which offers space to host outdoor dinners for up to 16. This homemade Nordic Spa also offers night lighting, outdoor music, electric hot tub and wood fired sauna, which you won't want to leave.
We invite you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings and make the most of your time exploring the outdoor wonders that await just beyond our doorstep.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property.

-This listing is for smaller groups interested in longer stays. We will entertain shorter stays for the purpose of responsible gatherings, but this is charged at a higher rate.
- Roseneath Retreat is a dog-friendly facility but any damage caused by pets will be charged extra
- This property is the owners primary place of residence, so please note that personal items will be left in closets, cupboards and drawers. We will do our best to make room to store your travel items, but expect you to treat our space with care and respect our belongings.
- There may be garden and lawn maintenance that must take place during your stay, but this does not require access to the home.

My wife and I were both born and raised on PEI. We love to create and design memorable experiences for people. We are both digital workers who spend a lot of time traveling, but always love returning home to this private little getaway in the forest.
Why they chose this property
We were looking for a space to enjoy nature and build our own private sanctuary! Montague is the nearest town, five minutes away and has all the amenities one could hope for. We love the privacy of this property.
