Inside, the completely reconstructed kitchen is impressively spacious and outfitted with new appliances, perfect for everything from casual breakfasts to evening entertaining. The open-concept great room showcases a stunning shiplap vaulted ceiling, abundant natural light, coastal-inspired colors, and a stylish wet/wine bar—creating an inviting space to gather and unwind. The condo was very nice - very quiet setting. Perfect for our dogs as there was little noise to disrupt them while we were out of the condo. Kitchen very nice - with all that was needed for the week. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed this property! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay.The location could not have been better. We especially loved the easy access to the beach, convenient parking, and all of the amenities included with the property. Everything we needed was right there, which made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.Another big plus was being so close to so many wonderful restaurants and everything Hilton Head Island has to offer. The convenience of the location, combined with the cleanliness and amenities of the property, made this an excellent choice for us.We would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a stay on Hilton Head Island, and we would be very happy to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it was a very nice place except 1. They need to replace the toilet seat in the 2nd bathroom. 2. Maybe rethink those blinds at the front bedroom windows. They do not close completely and since they face the landing and front door, security is a concern even those it's on the 2nd floor. May be able the light switches since there're so many!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at 1981 St Andrews Common! The property was so beautiful and peaceful. The condo itself had everything we needed. 2 minute walk to the pool and a 5 minute drive to the beach. There's even a driver that will pick your whole family (and your beach gear) up from your condo and take you there! The only thing that would've made it better would have been to have the correct size fitted sheet, and blanket on the king bed 😂Overall it was great! We even rode bikes (I haven't don't that in 30 years lol)! We will absolutely be back... I almost didn't leave lol
