About this property

2 bedroom bungalow, with 4 appliances, walk-in shower. 150 feet from the ocean and our amazing sand dunes. Two external doors lead to the deck, yard, and firepit. Just a short drive to the best beach on the Eastern Shore, Clam Harbour Beach, home the Clam Harbour Sandcastle Festival.

Property has abundant peace and quiet and lots of natural beauty, plus wildlife and fishing. Kayak is available to use within the laneway upon request.

The first master bedroom is 12 x 20 with a queen bed, and clothing storage. The second smaller bedroom is a double bed with a desk.

Bathroom has a large walk-in shower, as well as washer/dryer. I have a full kitchen with dishwasher (always use the Fast Wash setting!).

Why they chose this property

This a summer cottage seasonal enclave. Great neighbours, we all look out for one another.

Clam Harbour is a community on the eastern shore of Nova Scotia, 1 hr 15 mins east of the city of Halifax on the #7 hwy, and about 45 mins west of Sheet Harbour. The coastline of this part of NS is beach, wetlands, sanctuaries, forest.
