About the host
Hosted by Rashid
As a traveling construction superintendent based in BC, I'm frequently on the road for work, which is why I started hosting: sharing my serene Sechelt waterfront spot feels like the perfect way to let guests create their own getaway stories while I'm out turning blueprints into reality.
Why they chose this property
I chose this quiet waterfront spot on Spray Street for its incredible privacy and location. Nothing beats watching boats glide by and float planes land right from the deck, surrounded by mature trees, sunny lawns, and direct beach access.
What makes this property unique
What sets this property apart is its rare 1.17-acre private waterfront setup with two separate homes (a spacious 4-bed main house, plus a 2-3 bed guest cottage with its own beach access), huge deck for sitting with family around the fire table, enjoying BBQ, watching boats and float planes glide by, and a sun-drenched yet secluded yard with producing fruit trees.
