Cute, charming, unique space. Loved the SHARC passes, used with friends nearby. Did not love: couldn't find the main light until my last day- should be mentioned in check-in process. Charging a very large cleaning fee then adding cleaning instructions for the guest is inappropriate. Either charge a fee with no instructions or don't charge a fee and have the guest do cleaning prep. 195 for cleaning and then requiring guests to put trash outside, move linens around, etc- I don't understand who they're having clean but 195 is beyond enough to turn that home around without the guest doing a ton of prep work. I felt like it was double dipping and taking advantage of guest kindness. For all the fees etc this wouldn't pencil in my budget again to visit.

Thank you for the review — I'm so glad the SHARC passes and the cabin's character enhanced your stay. I'm sorry you had trouble locating the main light; we will add an in-unit note so it's easy to find. I also appreciate your feedback about the cleaning fee and the checkout steps. The fee covers hours of professional cleaning and we currently only ask guests to complete what we have measured out to take about twenty minutes of lock down tasks: removing the trash, stripping the linens and starting a dishwasher load. We would never ask our renters to complete a check out clean and I'm sorry that our messaging made it feel that way. We will absolutely improve it to clarify that for future renters. Thanks again for the constructive comments — they help us improve.
