The property was in a good location. It was conviently located and fine for a pet. The only issue we had was there were ants in the downstairs bedroom, the upstairs bathroom and in the kitchen.

I apologize for the ant issue — that falls short of our standards. We had pest control treat the home and asked housekeeping to be extra vigilant about inspecting for any pest signs between guests. House is very convenient to the beach in downtown. Plenty of off street parking. Right across and down the street from the Irish pub. Doesn't get any better than that! The stairs is going upstairs are narrow and steep like any older house. Elderly may have issues. Really enjoyed our stay, will stay again. FYI: there is a Rubbermaid of beach toys in the backyard. Very convenient and nice of the owners. Very dog friendly.
