The Cape Sanctuary is a double-storey modern coastal townhouse. Guests have access to both levels, including upstairs open-plan living, kitchen, and deck spaces.

Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
8. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 8 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
9. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property (maximum 4 cars); no street or nature strip parking.
10. Minimum age for guests is 28.
11. Pets are welcome by prior approval only. Please contact our team to request permission to bring your pets. On approval, dogs are not permitted inside the house. When outside, including on the streets within the estate, dogs must be kept on a lead as per the estate rules.
