Thank you for the kind words about our communication and cleanliness. We hear you on the bathrooms, and completely understand how a larger group can feel tight in that regard. Believe us, if we could wave a magic wand and add another bathroom, we would have done it much sooner! We do try to be upfront about the bathroom count and sleeping arrangements in the listing so guests can plan ahead, but we agree it can be a challenge when a group is closer to the max capacity. We're also sorry to hear you ran out of trash bags, toilet paper, and dish soap. We always want guests to have what they need throughout their stay, and we're available 24/7 for exactly this kind of thing — we'd have been glad to drop off more right away had we known.
