With two separate lounge spaces, there’s room for everyone to spread out — ideal for multi-generational families or groups wanting their own retreat zones.

🔥 BBQ cleaned after use (or $100 fee applies)

🚮 Remove any excess rubbish (fees apply if left behind)
🛋️ Return furniture to original position
🏡 Leave the property clean and tidy
