Welcome to **Somerfield House**, a beautifully renovated 4-bedroom home with a private spa pool, free parking and everything you need for a relaxing stay in Christchurch. Perfect for families, groups, business travellers and outdoor enthusiasts, the home combines modern comfort with a peaceful location just minutes from the city.

The spacious open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Four comfortable bedrooms feature quality bedding, ample storage and thoughtful touches to help you feel at home. The house also includes fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, laundry facilities, a modern bathroom, outdoor seating, full insulation, double glazing and a smart, sensor-controlled heat pump to keep the home comfortable year-round.

Unwind in the private spa pool after a busy day. To respect our neighbours, the spa is available until **10:00 pm** each evening.

Somerfield House is ideally located just 5 minutes from Christchurch Adventure Park for mountain biking and ziplining, with the Port Hills, Heathcote River, Somerfield Park, Barrington Park and Bradford Park all nearby for walking and cycling.

Within a 10-minute walk you`ll find cafés, a popular craft beer bar, pizza restaurant and a variety of eateries. A convenience store, fish and chip shop and Indian takeaway are only a 2-minute walk away. Pioneer Recreation & Sport Centre, with its gym and swimming pool, is also within walking distance.

Christchurch CBD, Hagley Park, the Botanic Gardens, Riverside Market and Te Pae Convention Centre are only a short drive away. Uber, taxis, buses and electric scooters make getting around easy if you prefer not to drive.

You`ll have exclusive access to the entire property, including the spa pool, garden and two off-street parking spaces, with additional free parking available on Barrington Street. We`re only a message away if you need anything during your stay.
