Easy temperature control: wall-mounted AC/heat pump in open area - not usually needed most months. We enjoy our local temperatures with layered clothing, throw blankets, down duvets and natural fresh airflow versus artificial heating/cooling.

Freestanding portable fan, space heater and a dehumidifier available for extra comfort if needed to suit your personal preference or unusual weather.

Security-latch windows in living room, bedrooms and bathroom for natural airflow. Most windows have screens to prevent flies/moths if you’re cooking or have lights on at night.

Host has customary security camera at property entrance. Low-crime area however always advise guests to secure house, windows, your vehicle and valuables as usual safety practice.
