Older Batch. Not fancy but quiet and private. Lounge and One bedroom with Queen bed. Suitable for single, couple or couple with up to 2 children. Sleeps couple in bedroom and up to 2 children in lounge with divan bed and trundler with mattress. Linen, towels etc supplied . Small basic bathroom with toilet & shower. No stove. Has combination microwave, fridge, electric frypan, toaster, kettle, induction hot plate, crockery and cultlery. Samsung TV and heat pump. Has a washing machine, no dryer, clothes line. Has free wifi, coverage OK most times. Grassed and fully fenced section, offstreet parking for 2 cars, private and quiet. Room for a tent. Easy 5 min walk to ocean beach, supermarket, coffee shops, dairy, playground. 20 min walk to Mount main beach and shops. Bus stops 5 minutes from batch. No loud guests as neighbours are quiet and considerate. Quiet visitors only. Owner lives next door.

Fantastic short trip
