Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this executive studio offers stylish comfort and easy living in the heart of Mount Maunganui.

Step outside and enjoy the scenic 3 km coastal boardwalk that runs along the surf beach all the way to Mauao / Mount Maunganui, where you can explore the iconic summit walk (45 minutes to 232 m) and take in outstanding panoramic views of the Bay of Plenty. You’re also just a 10-minute walk to New World Supermarket, and close to Pilot Bay’s calm harbour beach, boutique shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

We enjoyed our 2nd visit to here as it is central to Mt Maunganui area and is in a secluded spot so no Road noise. A ideal place to just chill out. We hope to visit again at the end of January 2026.

Quiet central Mt Maunganui getaway.

A short drive from the Airport and the main beach and down the road is Bayfair shopping Centre which has every imginable shop to wander through. In the opposite direction is Mt Maunganui with its shops and various eating establishments where all tastes are catered for. Thus it was a ideal place for us oldies to have a timeout weekend.

We’ve lived at the Mount for over eight years and love everything this beautiful beach resort destination has to offer — from morning walks along the surf to relaxing evenings at Pilot Bay, watching the sunset or cruise ships sail away to their next destination. We take pride in keeping the studio spotless, quiet, and well-equipped so you can simply relax and enjoy your visit.

Mount Maunganui has a truly special energy — a perfect blend of beachside relaxation and vibrant local life. We love that you can stroll along the 3 km coastal boardwalk from Tay Street all the way to Mauao, stop for coffee at Tay Street Café, or take a peaceful walk around Pilot Bay and watch the sun set behind the harbour. The area has everything within easy reach — the beach, Bay Oval, boutique shops, great restaurants, and local markets — yet still keeps that relaxed coastal feel that makes the Mount so unique.
