Your own Separate 2-bedroom flat, RIGHT lower main house. Completely shut off, private & quiet. Main with Queen bed, Second with single. New smart, google TV. Full kitchen, new air fryer. Older but good shower. Close to all the Bay has to offer. Large private grounds up a tree lined drive. Superb pool and cabana, grapefruit behind, help yourself. Free Wi-Fi and safe parking directly outside your table & 2 chairs. Fernland hot pools 1.8km. Walk to shops & supermarket. 7 mins to City, 19 mins to the Mount and its beaches. Sauna at extra charge. Park like grounds at the rear. Free ranging chickens love leftovers, help yourself to the fruit trees., I clean the pool for summer, in winter suggest the nearby hot pools. Travel Proud friendly. Safe parking (for one car) at your door, table & 2 chairs on the right. 11 am check out No extra fees. Mother & daughters, father & sons welcome

Awesome place to stay if you are wanting privacy and easy access to the city or Mount Maunganui. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need to cook and the host was very welcoming and friendly. Happy to recommend this property to all and we will definitely return on our next visit to Tauranga. Shane had excellent communication and the place was spacious, tidy, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. My friend and cousin loved their stay as well. A great place to be while you are in Tauranga.

It was great being able to park the car directly outside the unit and well off the road. The host was very nice and communications with him were easy. The only disappointment (and not a major) was the bathroom - it is very very small and the hand basin is so low and tiny it made washing hands and brushing teeth etc somewhat difficult. That aside, it was a nice place to stay, in a good/quiet location, with a very nice host. Thanks for having us Shane :-)
