The Space:

The spacious gourmet kitchen is designed for relaxed entertaining and culinary creativity, featuring a chef-style gas stove, generous bench space, and stunning mountain views to inspire every meal. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area allows everyone to gather comfortably after a day exploring Queenstown.
Unwind beside the indoor open wood fire with comfortable sofas, your favourite movie on the Smart TV, or music playing through the integrated surround sound system. A separate study/office area provides a quiet space if you need to catch up on work while away. The home is kept cosy year-round with underfloor heating in the upper bedrooms, log burner and a heat pump in the lounge.
Step outside to the private spa pool area where you can soak while taking in the spectacular lake and mountain views—an unforgettable way to relax after a day of adventure.
The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature private ensuites, while the remaining two share a large bathroom with separate shower and bath. The master bedroom with ensuite, along with two additional bedrooms and the shared bathroom, are located on the upper floor. The fourth bedroom with its own ensuite is situated on the lower garage level, offering additional privacy.
All four bedrooms feature super king beds which can be split into king singles if required (please request split beds at the time of booking).
Additional conveniences include a garage with internal access and storage for ski gear, golf clubs, or mountain bikes, Wi-Fi internet, ample off-street parking, and thoughtfully designed spaces throughout to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay in the prestigious Aspen Grove.

Widely known as the adventure capital of New Zealand, the region offers world-famous experiences including bungy jumping at the iconic Kawarau Bridge Bungy, jet boating through the dramatic canyons of the Shotover River and Dart River, as well as skydiving, white-water rafting, hiking, and mountain biking.

Getting Around:
Located in the exclusive hillside neighbourhood of Aspen Grove, the home is just a short drive from the heart of Queenstown with easy walking to the town centre, walking tracks and beaches. The vibrant town centre, lakefront, restaurants, shops, and activities are approximately 5–7 minutes by car, making it easy to enjoy everything Queenstown has to offer while returning to the peace and privacy of this elevated retreat. Queenstown Airport is around 15 minutes’ drive away, providing convenient access for arrivals and departures. Having a car is recommended for exploring the wider region, including nearby ski fields, wineries, and scenic destinations, and the property offers a garage with internal access plus ample off-street parking.
Other Things to Note:
All bedrooms can either offer a King Bed or two King Singles; simply let us know at the time of booking and we'll separate the beds for your arrival. Our standard configuration is as King Beds.
At no additional cost, we can supply a high chair and portacot for infants, simply request at time of booking.
This property requires a $1000.00 NZD security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in.

House Rules
1. Observe and respect the arrival and departure times
2. Tidy away dishes, leaving the kitchen as you find it.
3. Remove footwear inside the house.
4. All outdoor balconies and living areas must be vacated between 10pm and 7am. Disturbances will be taken very seriously. No parties or events. Please take your parties into town.
5. Reservation is strictly limited to the confirmed guests only.
