We recommend stopping by a local supermarket before your stay to pick up your choice of milk (IGA is across the road), specialty coffee, and any personal dietary requirements.
Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, supplies may deplete quickly, and the cleaner may not always have sufficient time to restock between stays. If any of the above items are missing or run out, please don’t hesitate to contact Luke. He will promptly contact you to see what we can do to refill the stock.

+ We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate.
+ For the safety and cleanliness of our community, guests are strictly prohibited from throwing any objects, including cigarette butts, food, or trash, from the balcony. Violations may result in penalties and immediate cancellation of your stay. Please dispose of all waste responsibly.
+ Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. This will also result in a serious fine.

Please note:
The listing is set up for a group of up to 12 guests. The sofa bed is available upon request and will only be prepared for groups of 11 or 12 guests. For bookings of 1 to 10 guests, the sofa bed will not be set up, and additional bedding will not be provided.
— Key and Towel Polices —
+ Please note: we provide one set of fob and key per guest group, like any other apartments in Airbnb. We provide one set of towels per person per stay.
+ Please note that if you lose your key, there will be a $350 fee to get a new set (including labour fees) for the apartment.
+ Please note that if you need someone to open the door because you lock yourself out, it will cost $200 to open the door.
— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.
For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
