*The nightly rate is calculated assuming no guests are using the 2nd room. A 20% refund will be provided for the nights when the 2nd room is booked.

- 4-5 mnt short walk to 24-hr bus stop, amenities
- very safe neighbourhood

Private access to the suite, Keypad lock + regular key

- Please review house rule if restrictions prevents your comfortable living.
- It's and old house. Unforeseen issues may appear, please be ready and patient. Host always respectfully try to address with upmost care.
- Please keep space safe from fire, rain. Keep the main door closed
- Please check if any extra request would be possible for host to accommodate.
- Extra linen, extra cooking ingredients available (to host's best possible.
- Please discuss with the host (prior to booking) if you leave children unattended.

House Rules:
- Late night entry/exit: not desired during 12:00 am-5.00am unless otherwise notified and agreed on.
- Upon checked in, please provide all guests' full names (afterward, guest name changes are not allowed even if the number of guests in reservation remains same)
- unlisted or additional guests or visitors are not allowed.
- Washer/Dryer: controlled access once a week, (one load/week/ 2hrs. 2 loads/4hrs for 4ppl group ) . To be used, preferably, during off pick hours.
- Extension may be possible, only via Airbnb.
- leave the place clean
- please reorganise the space and items as much same as possible.

Kindly Note:
- No loud activities on driveway (keeping neighbour undisturbed)
- No loud activities inside that may cause disturbance for neighbouring units beside and above.
- No illegal internet downloading.
- No on-demand TV channel subscription
- No ref. letter to your next host.
