Two bedrooms are located within the main residence, while the remaining one to form part of a separate ground-floor studio with its own entrance and courtyard—ideal for families or guests seeking a little extra privacy.

With terracotta tiled floors, crisp white interiors and cooling sea breezes drifting through, the home captures the relaxed elegance of a Mediterranean retreat by the ocean. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and perfectly suited to beachside living.

The first level opens to the main living zone, where a comfortable lounge, dining space and fully equipped kitchen flow seamlessly together. Glass doors lead out to a balcony with outdoor seating—an idyllic spot to soak in the sweeping ocean views and greet the morning sun.

A second balcony off the kitchen enhances airflow throughout the warmer months.

Upstairs, the master suite is a true highlight, featuring a king bed, stunning mezzanine-style tiled ensuite and uninterrupted ocean vistas. The ensuite includes both a spacious walk-in shower and a separate luxurious bath.
