Room to move.
This open plan spacious apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom, making it ideal for couples or small families. Both bedrooms have king beds which can be split into two singles if required.

Comfortable interiors.
This apartment has everything you need for a relaxing island escape, including air-conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine. It also has a Playstation and several board games.

Kitchen.
A well-equipped, open plan kitchen makes self-catering a breeze.

Pool.
As a guest of Oasis 3, you have access to the complex's shared pool, which is framed by tropical palms and offers views over the ocean.

Outdoor space.
Take in the view and make the most of Hamilton Island's beautiful weather by relaxing on your covered outdoor balcony. This includes a BBQ and a large outdoor table that can seat up to six people.

Complimentary buggy.
This apartment comes with a complimentary four-seater golf buggy for the duration of your stay, so you can explore the island at your own pace.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.

Where and how to collect your buggy
A 4-seater buggy is included with every Hamilton Island Holiday Home.

You can collect your buggy at the airport on arrival. You will be given an overview of the rules and regulations, and demonstration of the relevant safety issues. A condition report will also be performed. You will then need to sign a registration form and provide a credit card for security (with a nominal charge of $1) before you get the key. All buggies require drivers to have a current full driver’s licence. Don’t forget to ask about insurance options. Passengers four years of age and under are required to be restrained in an approved child seat or capsule, extra charge applies.
As a guest of this property of Hamilton Island Holiday Homes, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. If you are arriving prior to 2pm, we suggest packing a change of clothes/bathers in your hand luggage so that you can start your holiday straight away.
