The Space:

Welcome to your relaxed riverside retreat, thoughtfully designed for easy holiday living and comfortable stays. The home centres around a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and seating area that creates a welcoming space for gathering with family or friends. The kitchen enjoys a serving hatch that flows seamlessly into the dining area, making it perfect for shared meals or morning coffee before heading out for the day. The kitchen offers generous bench space and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric stovetop and oven, and a Breville coffee machine. An air-conditioning unit services the kitchen and dining areas and flows through to the open-plan living space, ensuring year-round comfort.



Adjacent to the dining area is the main living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, two occasional chairs, and a large Smart TV, the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring the coast. An adjacent second lounge area provides additional space to relax, complete with another Smart TV and ceiling fan. Sliding doors open directly onto the front yard, where you’ll find a peaceful outdoor space with a hammock and seating perfect for enjoying a quiet moment in the coastal air.



The backyard enjoys river glimpses and direct access to the Maroochy River, ideal for boating, jet skiing, and fishing enthusiasts. Unwind in the spacious outdoor area featuring comfortable seating, a BBQ, and a firepit (firewood supplied in the winter months), perfect for relaxed evenings and memories with family and friends. This home welcomes dogs (max 2 - fees apply), please note the property is not fully fenced and backs onto a river.



The home comfortably accommodates guests across three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): The master retreat features a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe cupboard and ensuite.



Bathroom 1: Accessible from the master bedroom, this bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.



Bedroom 2: Furnished with a comfortable queen bed, this bedroom includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, wardrobe storage, and a dedicated desk space, making it suitable for both rest and remote work.



Bedroom 3: Perfect for children or additional guests, this room features two single beds, sliding wardrobe doors, and a ceiling fan.



Bedroom 4/Living Room 2: This room also serves as a second living area and includes a queen-size sofa bed.



Bathroom 2: The second bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.



Laundry: The laundry is located in a covered outdoor area and includes a front-loading washing machine and dryer, making longer stays easy and practical.



With multiple living areas, comfortable bedrooms, and relaxed indoor-outdoor spaces, this home offers the perfect setting for a peaceful Sunshine Coast stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, including the unsurfaced driveway slip with direct access to the Maroochy River, perfect for launching a small boat or jet ski. The property also offers parking for two vehicles in the undercover carports at the rear, as well as additional driveway parking.

Located in the quiet riverside streets of Bli Bli, this home offers a peaceful setting while still being close to many Sunshine Coast highlights. The area is known for its relaxed lifestyle, leafy streets, and easy access to the Maroochy River. Nearby you’ll find Bli Bli Village Centre, offering cafes, a bakery, supermarket, and local shops just a short 7 minute drive away. The home is located on the Maroochy River, perfect for kayaking, boating, jet-skiing and fishing.

It is recommended to have a car to easily explore the Sunshine Coast and surrounding attractions. Major destinations such as beaches, shopping centres, restaurants, and the airport are all within a short drive.



Public bus services operate in the area with the closest bus stop being around a 35 minute walk, Denna St near Bradman Avenue, Maroochydore. Connecting Bli Bli to nearby hubs including Maroochydore and Nambour. The Sunshine Motorway is also easily accessible, making it simple to travel north toward Noosa or south toward Caloundra.

*Please note the home is backing onto the Maroochy River and is not fenced at the rear, with direct access to the water just a short walk from the backyard.



*Pet-friendly for dogs, 2 maximum - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please note the property is not fully fenced. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
