This large Beachfront Penthouse Apt is set over 3 levels with a huge rooftop terrace that has great ocean, beach & national park views. Both bedrooms have en-suites & there is a separate powder room. There is a resort pool & tennis court & guests have aprivate beachfront access from the front of the resort through the national park.

Guest have access to the whole apartment.

5mins to Noosa & 20 mins from airport. Being beachfront & surrounded by national park, makes this apartment so peaceful, and its only a few minutes to Sunshine beach, Peregian beach & Noosa Heads.
These centres are full of great cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping & interesting small bars.
There are many walks from the house, along the beach or through the national park to choose from.

There are frequent busses from the nearby bus stop of `Castaways Creek` that are free on school holidays & weekends.
There is an amazing beach at your doorstep & patrolled beaches are only a few minutes away by
car.
The bike path in front of the house one of the best in the region if you prefer to ride.

1 Small, well house trained dog under 15kg is welcome upon request first, the pet fee is $95 per stay.

There are some useful beach items which guests have access to, beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys & activities.

There are 2 flights of stairs to the main door of the apartment.

Greg was an amazing host, from the moment we steps in this beautiful property we felt at home. We loved the separated living and bedrooms and the sundeck was truly enjoyable. Best part is it’s only a minutes walk to the beach. We will most definitely return.

The penthouse apartment was truely wonderful, very comfortable, well equiped, clean and with so many places to choose to lounge outside with views of the ocean. The host, Greg, was extremely friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool and the easy access to a dogfriendly beach. I loved the pathway for wonderful coastal walks and a great coffee shop within reach.We all highly recommend this accommodation.
