Had chosen to book this property for my Tenants while their Unit was repaired as it was unliveable after a Sever Hail storm. The Family consisted 2 Adults, 1 adult son & a Teenager son. The three adults, Shift workers in the Health industry. They required a quite residence to be able to sleep during the day, hence booking this property.Originally Olivia understood the situation and agreed to allow myself to paid for the Family's agreed time at her home. Olivia required Adults Tenants Names Mobile numbers. Communication via internet was very difficult with the Host Olivia. Until the last three days prior the entry date. Olivia made contact with myself via mobile phone asking for the following photos of my Drivers licence, both sides, with photo of self. Copy of my Credit Card too. At this point I was beginning to think this was a scam. Knowing my Tenants were having to move out of the Unit as work was commencing on the Monday I quickly had to find alternative arrangements. I try to make contact several times with Olivia as well as the International phone contact to no avail. Finally Olivia sent through the code for access to her property. All to late! New accommodation was sourced, Olivia did text regarding her property, I explained my concerns to be told that all had been passed on to Stayz and Olivia had been paid from the company. A bitter experience with Stayz/Olivia given the situation with trying to help a very caring lovely family during a stressful time.
