In a brand-new building, a beautiful ground-floor apartment featuring one bedroom with a 160-cm bed, another with two 140-cm bunk beds, a bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet. A garage and an outdoor parking space. Direct access from the basement to the “Petite Aiguille” green trail. Two lifts from the basement to the 3rd floor; heated ski storage room. Ski lifts and ski school (ESF Champamé meeting point) 150 metres away. Free shuttle stop near the residence.
