The modern and luxuriously furnished terraced house comprises on the first OG 3 lovely bedrooms, equipped with 2 double beds and a sofa bed in 180x200 150x200. All bedrooms have flat screen TV with DVD player.
Large windows and a balcony elements are also provided. The granite bathroom has a large shower with rainforest shower head and a double sink, as well as underfloor and towel heating.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped new fitted kitchen in high gloss white with black granite worktop, granite floor, underfloor heating and new Siemens appliances and a bathroom with a large bathtub, glass vanity and underfloor heating.
The living room has new, comfortable Rolf Benz leather sofas, relax lounger, large 50 inch flat screen TV Smart TV and DVD recorder, large acrylic ceiling fan, woodburning stove and a glass dining table for 6 people. Through a large sliding glass element provides direct access to the large terrace and garden. There are garden furniture for 6 persons, a sun bed, a relaxing chair, an awning, a barbecue and a bicycle. A modern fireplace invites you to on cold days
leisurely hours.
The property has a basement, with guest toilet, washing machine, dryer and other premises.
The house has been completely renovated and refurbished, with new bathrooms, new kitchen, new beds, new electrical system, new windows, new flooring, new wallpaper, new terrace and new paint.
Most rooms have new electr. Blinds with remote control. Various radio and CD player are available. Internet access via W-Lan available for free. Landline telephony for free.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Man muss wirklich nichts von zu Hause mitnehmen. Wir haben tolle 2 Wochen dort verbracht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Ausflugsziele sind einfach und schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unsere 2 kleinen Mädchen konnten sich dank des abgeschlossenen Gartens auch draußen bewegen und aufhalten. Gerne wieder ☀️🌊🌷

'Schönes, geflegtes Ferienhaus in Travemünde

Das gepflegte Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung des Inserates. Es war sauber und gepflegt und enthielt alle Utensilien, die man für einen Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Es liegt etwas Abseits des Zentrums. Strand, Promenade und Hafen sind aber fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend und wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden sicher versuchen dieses Haus für einen weiteren Aufenthalt erneut zu mieten. Familie B.

Super Ausstattung, gute Lage

Wir waren mit 3 Pärchen ein verlängertes Wochenende in Travemünde. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem Wohnviertel, trotzdem ist die Trave und Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Super sind die Hantücher und Fön im Bad. Mit sechs Erwachsenen könnte ein längerer Aufenthalt allerdings eng werden, da es nur ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Zimmer mit Schlafcouch gibt. Wunderbar ist die technische Ausstattung des Hauses und der kleine, schöne Garten. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Buchung des Hauses an die Vermieter! Wir werden sicherlich für einen Kurztrip wiederkommen!

tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben ein tolles Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Es entsprach in allen Punkten dem Online Inserat. In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten es mit 6 Personen angemietet und es war reichlich Platz für alle. Das Haus war sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit, die wir samt Fahrradträger in der zu dem Haus gehörenden Garage unterstellen konnten. Die Vermietung sowie Betreuung waren ausgezeichnet. Wir werden gerne im nächsten Jahr das Haus noch einmal nutzen.

Es war alles echt super!!!

Das Haus hat uns super gefallen. Wir waren schon in mehreren Ferienhäusern aber keins war so super ausgestattet wie dieses.Ich hatte mal wieder meinen halben Hausstand mit und habe ihn dieses Mal nicht gebraucht.Wir waren alle sehr begeistert und haben unsere Zeit an der Ostsee sehr genossen!Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!!!
