This new great holiday home "Seegarten Bellefleur" (first rented in 2015) for four people is located just 300 m from the sandy beach. The approximately 140 m² large and exclusively equipped holiday home with a sea-facing balcony is located on a 650 m² plot with a beautifully landscaped and fenced garden.
The heart of the house is a 30 m² full wellness bath with bio-sauna, free-standing bathtub and large walk-in shower. In front of the living room there is a covered patio with a grill and garden furniture. Children can let off steam on football or badminton on the large lawn. A lockable shed for bicycles and other sports equipment is located on the north side of the house, kayaks and canoes can be stored on the fenced lawn.
The house is light and airy in coastal style with white wooden furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality branded appliances.
In the living / dining area you will find a cozy sofa corner with a large flat screen TV. A fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere even in cool weather phases.
The generous amount of space, the wellness facilities and the high-quality equipment of this holiday home enable a relaxing holiday in all seasons. The free W-LAN provides the necessary communication and entertainment.
The environment is perfect for nature lovers, romantics and families with children.
On the doorstep you will find the popular Baltic Sea Cycle Path on which you can go on extensive bike tours. The beach belonging to a nature reserve is only 200 m away. The bank drops off very gently and is therefore also suitable for small children. Dogs are also welcome in this house.
