In an idyllic location near the promenade near Travemünde, 300 m from the sandy beach, 400 m from the dog beach, this holiday home, completed in August 2012, is located in a newly built settlement without through traffic. This modern and tastefully furnished non-smoking house is well suited for relaxing holidays with children or dogs. You will find everything your heart desires on around 140m².
On the ground floor there is a spacious, bright living and dining area with direct access to the furnished southwest terrace.
In the garden, the children can look forward to their own play structure with slide. You will also find a pavilion with a grill and other play equipment there.
Alternatively, you can enjoy the cool evenings in front of the fireplace. For your entertainment you will find a flat-screen TV, satellite radio, CD and DVD player.
Directly adjacent to the living room you will find the kitchen with stove, incl. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine (cups not included in the rental price), as well as a refrigerator and a separate freezer. A washing machine with an integrated dryer is available in the utility room. Also on the ground floor is one of the 4 double bed bedrooms and a bathroom with a glass shower.
Upstairs are another 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with glass shower, bath tub and sauna. In one of the bedrooms there is another flat screen TV, incl. DVD player. W-LAN is available during your stay. There are two highchairs and toys for indoor and outdoor use in the house for younger guests.
The ground and upper floors are completely tiled or equipped with high-quality PVC floors with a wood look and underfloor heating. A parking space is available at the house.
