Fantastically located, newly built, spacious 170 m² holiday home with a large garden fulfills all holiday wishes. The environment is perfect for nature lovers, families with children, romantic couples, family friends, people with special needs ... The beach belonging to a nature reserve is only 500 m away. The bank drops off very gently, so that it is also possible for toddlers to try their first swim.
The house offers beds for 6 - 8 people, ideal is occupancy with 6 people and two children. Particularly noteworthy is the allergy friendliness and everyone who wants to sleep at night without electricity will be happy about shielded power lines throughout the house, as well as a nightly power supply in the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. The free-standing kitchen block makes it possible to cook comfortably with up to 4 people. A large refrigerator, dishwasher, extra wide ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker are part of the equipment. A decalcification system ensures soft tap water.
In the living / dining area you will find a comfortable sofa set with a large flat screen TV and the possibility to listen to your music via I-Pod. A rotating chimney creates a homely atmosphere even in cool weather phases. In the wellness area you will find a 4-person sauna with shower and an outside door to cool off on the wooden terrace.
The house has 3 terraces - so that you can always find a pleasant place depending on the wind and sun direction. And to top it all off, you can enjoy the sunset on the southwest-facing 25 m² balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea and Trave.
Young people in particular enjoy a cozy sleeping gallery and free WiFi. You will receive the password on arrival. In the garden there is a trampoline from the Berg company, so that the movement is not neglected, the children will have fun. The large lawn invites you to play badminton and you can put your skills to the test on the new boules alley.
On the doorstep you will find the popular Baltic Sea Cycle Path on which you can go on extensive bike tours.

Großzügiges modernes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Vom Blue Tooth Lautsprecher über Sauna und großzügige Terrasse und Balkon ist alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war völlig unkompliziert. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Für Restaurants fährt man nach Priwall bzw. setzt mit der Fähre über nach Travemünde. Lübeck, Wismar und weitere Attraktionen sind gut zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub in Rosenhagen

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche in Rosenhagen. Der Strand ist ca. 500 m entfernt gelegen. Das Wetter war durchwachsen aber dafür kann ja keiner. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr hochwertig und top ausgestattet gewesen. Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kinder. Der Urlaub war sehr schön . Ich habe unseren Vermieter zwar nur kurz Persönlich kennengelernt aber es war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns gleich gut verstanden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Es ist sehr groß und modern - wirklich toll. Die Lage ist sehr gut, alle bekannten Ostseestrände sind mit dem Auto zeitnah zu erreichen. Ich kann das Haus wirklich empfehlen. Es gilt jedoch eines zu beachten. Das Haus steht mit einem anderen Haus auf einem großen Rasengrundstück, das nicht durch eine Grenze getrennt ist. Es kommt vor, dass Nachbarkinder direkt vor der eigenen Terrasse spielen und die Privatssphäre so einschränkt ist. Hier sollte aus meiner Sicht eine Grenze gezogen werden. Ansonsten alles top.

Tolles Haus, Sauberkeit sollte verbessert werden

Wir waren von Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses mehr als positiv überrascht! Alles sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, die Küche ist toll und prima ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man benötigt! Jedoch haben wir 2 Dinge zu beanstanden. Das Haus was nicht ordentlich gereinigt, überall Spinnen, tote Fliegen, Staub und Schmutz! Herr Mummert hat auf eine Nachricht sofort reagiert und uns Nachbesserung angeboten, was jedoch viel zu kompliziert ablaufen sollte, er wollte erst die Mängel selbst anschauen und dann ein Putzteam vorbeischicken. Haben deshalb darauf verzichtet und selbst was uns besonders störte entfernt! Dabei ist uns ein Staubsauger in die Hände gefallen, der vor Dreck gar nicht mehr saugen konnte! wir finden, das geht bei dem Preis überhaupt nicht!!! Der 2. Punkt, der uns störte ist, dass in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt wird, dass der Garten und somit auch das Trampolin mit dem Nachbarhaus geteilt wird! Wir hatten das Pech und hatten im Nachbarhaus 3 Jungs, die sich immer abends auf das Trampolin gestürzt haben und extrem laut waren, während wir auf der Terrasse saßen und eigentlich entspannen wollten! Teilweise standen dann auch die Eltern mit dabei und konnten uns aufs Essen „glotzen“... auch da finden wir, dass bei dem Preis für eine Woche eine andere Regelung getroffen werden sollte! Auch in Zeiten von Corona ist es nicht angebracht, wenn sich 2 fremde Familien etwas teilen sollen, aber das ist nur unsere Meinung! Erwähnen möchten wir noch, dass Herr Mummert immer sofort auf alles freundlich und hilfsbereit reagiert hat und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, wirklich toll!

Tolles Ferienhaus, schöne ruhige Lage - sehr empfehlenswert

Wir alle haben den Urlaub in Rosenhagen genossen. Das Ferienhaus war super, ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen, 2 schöne Bäder, ein Wohnbereich zum wohlfühen, schöner Garten mit Trampolin. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut (Bsp. scharfe Messer, Gewürze, gute Geräte inkl. Milchaufschäumer ;-)) - findet man nicht immer so vor! Ausserdem gab es viele Spielsachen etc. zur Freizeitgestaltung - Dart, Federball, Wii, Strandspielzeug. Einzig nicht so schön, war die steile Leiter zu dem Doppelbett im 3. Schlafzimmer - für kleiner Kinder nicht zu empfehlen! Der Ort Rosenhagen ist ruhig gelegen, zum Strand ist es nicht weit (wie beschrieben ca. 500m). Es gibt einen morgendlichen Brötchenservice, wobei dieser Bäcker uns persönlich nicht überzeugt hat. Andere Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Auto in ca. 15 min aber problemlos errreichbar. Insgesamt wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Haus ist sehr sauber, schöne Innenausstattung. Es ist alles da, insbesondere ist die Küche sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Im Schuppen sind auch allerlei Spiele wie Croquet, Drachen, usw zu finden. Auf kleine Probleme wurde kurzfristig reagiert, danke nochmals. Der Naturstrand ist auch sehr schön. Einen Abstecher zum Café Strandgut ist Pflicht!! Klare Empfehlung, wir waren sehr zufrieden :-))

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kompletter Ausstattung

In diesem Haus ist alles vorhanden was für den erholsamen Urlaub für bis zu 8 Personen benötigt wird. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit großer Küche, 2 Bädern & Sauna. Leider gibt es in Rosenhagen fussläufig keine Restaurants oder Kaffee‘s, so das man hier stets das Auto bemühen muss. Das Ferienhaus ist jedoch eine ganz klare Empfehlung! (Oktober 2019, 2 Familen mit insgesamt 8 Personen)

Tolles Haus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es gab nichts was es nicht gab. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und der Garten ist toll zum Spielen, ideal für Kinder. Spielzeug in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden :-) Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen und flach abfallend, auch hier perfekt für Kinder. Wenn man Abends Essen gehen möchte, muss man jedoch ein Stück fahren. Empfehlenswert ist dann das übersetzen mit der Fähre nach Travemünde. Die Agentur war sehr nett. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte absolut problemlos. Das einzige was mich ziemlich gestört hat, waren die vielen Mücken die man zwangsläufig bei geöffnetem Fenster auch in den Schlafzimmern hatte. Fliegengitter wären in Zukunft wirklich super! Ansonsten, wer Ruhe sucht ist dieses Haus und diese Region absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank und LG

Superschönes Ferienhaus beim Naturstrand

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.Das Ferienhaus ist hell geräumig schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet.Auf den Terrassen und Balkon in verschiedene Richtungen fand man immer einen Schatten oder Sonnenplatz.Der Verwalter war immer ansprechbar und liebenswürdig.
