FIRST MOVE after extensive modernization

The modern, light-flooded apartment is on the top floor and extends over 77 floors with 2 floors.
In the lower part is the living room with a small balcony facing south and a view of the fields and in the morning with spectacular sunrises. The living room leads into the spacious kitchen with dining area. The living area is a leather sofa, which can be folded down to a bed of 1.40 meters if necessary. Flat screen TVs and a small music system guarantee cozy hours in the evening or you can relax in one of the two armchairs.
Of course there is free WiFi available.

The new kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster and much more should leave nothing to be desired when it comes to culinary activities.
From the dining area you can watch the incoming ferries to Travemünde.
In the upper part of the apartment there is a bright bathroom with a shower cabin and 2 bedrooms. In the first room there is a double bed, where even those afflicted with back can find a restful sleep. In the second bedroom there are 2 new sofas that can easily be folded down to a cozy bed, each with a width of 1.20 by 2.00 meters. There are toppers for all sofa beds, which also ensure a back-friendly sleep.


EXTERNAL
The swimming pool house with showers and sauna is located between the two units. The spacious swimming pool with strong counter-current system can be used free of charge (January to Easter water temperature 20C, Easter to New Year 24-C.) Sauna for a fee.
The plot of approx. 3,000 sqm leaves plenty of space to play and run around with a swing and sandpit.

LOCATION

Barendorf is located between Travemünde / Priwall and Boltenhagen and is only 800 meters from the Baltic Sea. A unique natural landscape awaits you, which you will hardly find anywhere else in this original way. The natural beach, lined with reeds and forest belts, invites you to go for walks and bike tours with unique wildlife viewing. If you are looking for a packed beach promenade and one shop after another, this is the place for you. Relaxation and tranquility combined with the necessary deceleration are in the foreground here.
Nevertheless, the larger beautiful Baltic Sea cities such as Travemünde (6km) or Boltenhagen (15km) can be easily reached on the well-developed bike paths directly on the Baltic Sea - the route is the goal here.
