The "Time 2 Sea" holiday flat is located in Pönitz am See and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay and wonderful (cycling) tours to the Baltic Sea. The 40 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. The amenities also include a bicycle garage, Wi-Fi and a TV. In addition, you can use a washing machine and a dryer in the common room on request and for a fee. There is also a shared sauna, which can be used for a fee. A baby cot is also available for a fee.

This vacation apartment is located directly on the main road (traffic noise possible) and therefore has good transport links. The accommodation has a private balcony and access to a communal garden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung alles was man braucht ist vorhanden

Pros: Die Lage ist super. Wir waren jetzt das 2. mal in der Wohnung kommen gerne wieder. Im Keller der Pool lohnt sich sehr. Cons: Das Doppelstockbett knarrt sehr bei jeder Bewegung, habe es aber schon dem Vermieter mitgeteilt.

Pros: sehr schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber per Whatsapp, unkomplizierter Checkin/Checkout Cons: Haus insgesamt und Flure sind etwas "in die Jahre gekommen" ... Die Stockbetten sind eher für Kleinkinder ausgelegt, besser nicht für Teenager oder gar Erwachsene benutzen.

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann.

Pros: Die Lage direkt am See ist phantastisch. Der eigene beheizte Pool ist toll. Die Sauna haben wir aus Zeitmangel nicht genutzt. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Im Keller besteht die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen bzw. einen Trockner zu benutzen. 50 Cent Stücke benötigt man dazu. Wir haben je 3 Stück fürs waschen und trocknen gebraucht. Cons: Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Außer vielleicht, das die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 2,5 km entfernt ist.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist toll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Beschätigungen für Kinder (Bücher, Spielzeug) sind Vorort gegeben, was echt super ist. Der Gastgeber hat sich gekümmert und stand für Fragen immer bereit! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt

Pros: Gemütliche, saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Pool und Sauna hat uns auch gut gefallen. See, Meer und Wald direkt vor der Tür. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir kommen gern wieder. Cons: Wir hatten keine Wäschepaket dazu gebucht. Hatten jedoch nicht dran gedacht, ein Geschirrhandtuch einzupacken zum Abwaschen.

Wunderschöne kleine Wohnung in toller Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt in einer tollen Umgebung. Wir haben eine tolle Ausstattung vorgefunden und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation und das Check in super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut erreichbar und trotz ihrer Lage an einer "viel" befahrene Straße ist es in der Wohnung sehr leise. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war in Ordnung.

Pros: Wohnung war sauber. Gastgeber hat relativ schnell reagiert. Cons: Sauna war etwas instabil und dreckig. Poolwasser war sehr kalt. Straßenverkehr sollte man nicht unterschätzen, nur eine Toillettenrolle für 3 Tage, das Bett war für 2 Personen relativ klein.

Pros: Der Gemeinschaftspool ist das Highlight an einem verregnetem Herbsttag Cons: Die Gegend ist super, aber leider keine Möglichkeit, den Hund mal ohne Leine laufen zu lassen, selbst am Strand von Scharbeutz herrscht Leinenzwang

Super Lage, Top Preis-Leistung

Pros: Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, nicht sehr groß, aber groß genug für 4 Personen. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist etwas ab vom Touri-Zentrum, ist aber mit dem Rad oder dem Auto in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Dazu die tolle Lage am See, unser Hund hat es geliebt! Indoor-Pool, Sauna, Gemeinschaftsgarten, was will man mehr. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war prompt und unkompliziert. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Pros: Den Kindern natürlich die Schwimmhalle und uns die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers. Cons: Hierzu fällt uns nichts ein!!!!!!!!
