🏆The garage will remain locked and is not accessible to guests. You may park on the driveway in front of the garage, on the open space to the left side of the house, or on the surrounding street near the property.

🏆The courtyard located on the left side after entering, next to the master bedroom, as well as the small room further inside past the courtyard, are also not accessible to guests.

📌 The outdoor swimming pool at the property is a cold-water pool and does not have a heating or temperature control system. A pool technician will visit the property once or twice each month to carry out routine pool maintenance. On those occasions, you may need to allow the technician to enter the property to access the pool.

📌 There is a display shelf in the downstairs living room with several decorative items on it. We kindly ask that these items remain in place during your stay.

📌 In accordance with local council regulations, residents are required to follow the waste sorting rules when disposing of rubbish (these details will be included in the check-in instructions).

If you are staying at the property on Sunday evening, please kindly place the rubbish bins on the nature strip in front of the house, so the council can collect and empty them on Monday.
