This amazing property overlooks Princess Royal Harbor and is a short stroll downhill into town for shopping, dining & pubs in the historic main street. Amazing sunsets in a central yet quiet location. What are you waiting for!

Located on the Albany township side of Mt Clarence, this unique property has views across Process Royal Harbour and is walking distance to many attractions and conveniences. It is only a short hike through native bushland to the National ANZAC Centre. You can also stroll the 3.5 km paved costal boardwalk to our stunning Middleton Beach for a dip - aqua blue water and white sand! Or perhaps a less strenuous walk downhill to the historic township with all its dining and shopping options. This location really has it all.
